By submitting an application on this website you are agreeing to the following:

  • The lenders and credit brokers storing and processing your data in order to review your application and, if successful, manage your account with them.
  • Us passing on your express consent to these lenders and brokers to search the files of one or more Credit Reference Agency or Fraud Prevention Agency for the purpose of assessing your application. This may leave a ‘footprint’ on your credit file, full details of which are contained in our Privacy Policy.

Completing the application form

You confirm that the information you supply in the application form is accurate, up to date and, for financial information, is unlikely to change over the course of the loan. We will supply this information ‘as is’ to the lenders and brokers that we work with and they will in turn use this information to make a lending decision.

Failure to supply accurate information may lead to:

  • You obtaining a loan that is unaffordable or unsuitable for you.
  • Your loan application being rejected on the basis of fraud.
  • A report of fraud being made to one or more Fraud Prevention Agencies.

Some of the loans we broker are repayable over several monthly instalments. Please ensure that you consider this when deciding if you can afford the payments on the loan. Remember to assess all instalments due on the loan, not just the first one.

Getting you a loan offer

When we receive an acceptance from a lender or credit broker, this is made exclusively on the data that you have submitted along with information collected about you based on that data. We therefore make no recommendation that the loan offered is suitable or meets your demands and needs. You should read all the loan documents provided by the lender to ensure that the loan is affordable and meets your requirements before you complete the agreement. If you have any questions about the loan, or its suitability, you must contact the lender BEFORE you enter into the agreement.

There is no obligation to accept the loan offered and you are free to terminate the application process at any time.

No offer

Nothing in this agreement warrants that we will be able to find you a suitable loan. If we are unable to find you a loan we will advise you of this.

We accept no liability for any consequence of us not being able to locate you a suitable loan.

If we are unable to find you a loan, it may be because this is not the best solution for your correct financial need. If this is the case we would recommend that you contact the Money Advice Service at www.moneyadviceservice.org.uk or on 0800 138 7777.
